Overview

Cyberfello, LLC brings extensive experience in administrative support, real estate operations, marketing, and client care. Services are provided to clients based on this expertise and are delivered with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Relationship of the Parties

Cyberfello, LLC operates as an Independent Contractor and is not an employee, partner, or agent of the Client. As such, the Client shall not provide employee benefits of any kind, including but not limited to health insurance, paid time off, or retirement benefits.

Cyberfello, LLC is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, withholdings, and governmental obligations arising from compensation paid for services rendered.

Payment Policies

Virtual Assistant Services (Hourly / Full Administrative Support)

  • Services are billed biweekly based on hours worked.

  • Invoices are due within three (3) business days of issuance for full administrative support services.

  • If payment is not received within 48 hours after the due date, all active projects and services will be paused until payment is resolved.

Monthly Subscriptions & Website Services

  • All subscription-based, marketing, and client care services must be paid in advance and are billed monthly.

  • Semi-monthly payment arrangements may be available upon request and approval.

  • Cyberfello, LLC will provide a proposal and service overview prior to commencement.

Website Design Services

  • A deposit equal to 50% of the total project cost is required before design begins.

  • Full payment is required upfront for discounted website packages.

  • Standard completion timelines range from 2–3 weeks, depending on project scope.

  • Website deposits are non-refundable once the website has been fully completed.

Transaction Coordinating Services

  • Transaction Coordinating services commence upon receipt of a fully executed contract.

  • Cyberfello, LLC will provide full-service transaction coordination per the agreed-upon action plan.

  • The coordination fee will be added to the contractor’s CDA at closing whenever possible.

  • If the balance cannot be applied to the CDA, an invoice will be issued immediately, or the brokerage will be contacted for resolution.

Listing Packages

  • All listing packages must be paid in full prior to work beginning.

  • Payments are processed via the credit card on file or invoice sent via email.

  • If a card on file is declined, payment must be resolved before any work commences.

Luxury Listing Packages

  • Luxury packages are offered at an increased rate to account for additional marketing deliverables.

  • Packages may include digital flipbook links (optional).

  • Revisions or updates require a 24–48 hour turnaround period.

Late Fees & Non-Payment

(Applies to Full-Time Personal Virtual Assistant services only)

  • Payment is due within three (3) days of invoice issuance for biweekly hourly services.

  • Payment is due within two (2) days for Listings and Contracts.

  • Accounts unpaid after 15 days will incur a 10% late fee.

  • An additional 10% late fee will accrue monthly thereafter until the balance is paid.

  • Cyberfello, LLC reserves the right to pursue collection efforts at the Client’s expense.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Payment reminders will be sent prior to and after the due date.

  • Services will automatically terminate three (3) days after the due date if payment is not received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

Cyberfello, LLC acknowledges that the Client may disclose proprietary, confidential, and sensitive information, including but not limited to:

  • Products and services

  • Pricing, costs, and financial information

  • Business plans and future strategies

  • Client databases

  • Business affairs

  • Personal and proprietary data

(collectively referred to as “Confidential Information”).

Cyberfello, LLC agrees to protect all Confidential Information and to not disclose, share, or use such information for any purpose outside of providing contracted services without prior written consent.

The Client agrees to the same confidentiality obligations with respect to Cyberfello, LLC’s proprietary information.

Confidentiality After Termination

All confidentiality obligations shall survive termination of the business relationship and remain in full force indefinitely.

Source Files & Copyrights

The Client retains ownership of all source files and copyrights for projects completed by Cyberfello, LLC, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Client Representations & Indemnification

The Client represents and warrants that all text, graphics, photographs, and content provided are owned, licensed, or authorized for use.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Cyberfello, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

  • Copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement

  • Misuse of provided materials

  • Products or services sold by the Client

  • Internet or electronic commerce activities

Office Hours & Availability

Cyberfello, LLC standard business hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, excluding national holidays.

  • Virtual Assistants are not required to work after hours, weekends, or holidays.

  • Cyberfello, LLC reserves the right to set office closure dates with advance notice via email.

  • Urgent matters may be emailed outside business hours; please include “URGENT” in the subject line.

Term & Termination

Either party may terminate the business relationship at any time by providing written notice (email acceptable).

  • Termination is effective immediately.

  • All hours worked will be billed within 48 hours.

  • Final invoices must be paid within 48 hours of receipt.

Return of Records

Upon termination, Cyberfello, LLC will promptly return all Client-owned records, data, credentials, documents, and materials in its possession that relate to the Client’s business.
